Job summary

Uline, Kenosha, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a large, fast-paced facility spanning 800,000 square feet. You’ll manage a department, develop staff, and drive schedules to meet goals in a high-volume environment.

This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual pay range of $90,000 to $115,000, with shifts including Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–7 PM and Sunday–Thursday 9 PM–5:30 AM, in a growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree a plus (not required)
• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers)
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in daily operations
• Monitor performance data and quality standards to identify improvements
