Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I in Vancouver, WA to efficiently fill orders, receive and ship materials, and maintain a safe warehouse environment. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, safety, and customer service with periodic driving duties to support deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, validating paperwork, and supporting inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to follow safety and SOPs; standard warehouse procedures.
• Basic math skills for counting and invoicing tasks.
• OK with operating forklifts and warehouse equipment with certification.
• Good communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials following procedures.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Verify quantities against packing lists and paperwork.
• Load deliveries and inspect company vehicles daily.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized branch warehouse.
• Assist in inventory counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Deliver products to customers up to 50% of time when required.
