Job summary

Rexel USA in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver to help fill customer orders, stock shelves, and operate delivery vehicles with safety as a priority. The role may involve up to 50% driving to supply customers and branches, using a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck as needed.

No CDL required; must be 21+, maintain logs, comply with DOT rules, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Receive material, verify quantities, and stock shelves
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as required
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct items
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and maintain vehicle inventory checks
• Conform to DOT, safety, and company driving policies
• Keep work area clean and organized and report safety hazards
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• May assist with other duties within the branch as needed
