Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse-Delivery Driver in Santa Fe, NM to receive, stock, pick and pack orders for delivery, and ensure timely and accurate delivery and/or pickup of goods to specified locations. Loading and unloading of trucks, route familiarity, and inventory support are key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and have basic warehouse experience or training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED, and at least six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current medical certification card and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Become familiar with delivery routes and customers’ preferences.

Job Overview

As a Warehouse‑Delivery Driver at Crescent Electric Supply Company, you will be responsible for receiving and placing inventory into stock, picking and packing orders for delivery, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery and/or pickup of goods to specified locations. Your role also includes loading and unloading trucks and trailers, maintaining warehouse housekeeping, and supporting inventory control.

Primary Duties

• Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Become familiar with delivery routes and customers’ preferences.
• Perform warehouse duties when called upon, which includes materials handling, shipping and receiving, and picking and packing orders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands

Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping; occasional sitting and talking/hearing. Use of hands/fingers often required.

Weight Limits

• Continuous lifting and carrying 1–20lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying 21–50lbs.
• Occasional lifting and carrying 51–100lbs. Assistance of a buddy‑lift or mechanical device is advised.

Vision Requirements

• Close vision: clear at 20inches or less.
• Distance vision: clear at 20feet or more.
• Peripheral vision: ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point.
• Depth perception: three‑dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.
