Job summary

Rexel USA in Midland, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to accurately fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and ship products while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role includes operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment, and assisting with deliveries without requiring a CDL.

You will support the branch warehouse operations, perform inventory checks, and ensure documentation is complete for each delivery.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack operation certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per packing lists
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment
• Load and unload deliveries; drive up to 50% of time (no CDL required)
• Maintain branch warehouse safety and cleanliness
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure accurate documentation on deliveries and shipments
