Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our team. You will load orders, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving company vehicles 30–100 miles daily, and assisting Route Drivers as needed. We offer a starting hourly rate and a benefits package focused on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to get in and out of delivery vehicles multiple times daily.

Responsibilities

• Load and inventory product and equipment orders accurately.
• Maintain stock location records and print fill requests.
• Follow safety and organization standards to ensure quality service.
• Keep shelves, pallets, and workstations tidy and compliant with procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, and perform basic coffee-machine repairs.
• Check product dates and remove expired items.
• Serve as backup to Route Drivers and transport products 30–100 miles daily.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
