Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The role involves loading and inventorying orders, maintaining safe workspaces, and supporting drivers with daily deliveries of coffee products and equipment.

You will handle forklift operations, verify product dates, and assist with route driving as needed. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry coffee and bottled water up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and perform basic repairs on coffee machines.
• Check dates on product and pull all expired products.
• Serve as back up to Route Drivers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
