Job summary

Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for the Platt team in Springfield, OR. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping, with an essential driving component for deliveries to customers and suppliers.

CDL is not required, and safety compliance is emphasized across all tasks. The position supports the branch with inventory control, equipment maintenance, and adherence to DOT and driving laws while enabling mentorship and potential

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver''s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver''s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material following safety and productivity standards
• Operate delivery vehicle up to 50% of time for deliveries
• Maintain branch warehouse environment and equipment
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped
• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection reports
• Support training of entry level Truck Drivers and provide mentorship
• Perform other duties as assigned
