$18 - $20 DOE per hour

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our fast-paced Duncanville TX location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic distribution environment, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse duties, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Additionally, we will support your growth by expanding your product knowledge and skills, including potential sales counter responsibilities.

Experience in the green industry or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses and routes
• Follow delivery routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
• Maintain fully stocked racks
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Answer customer questions and assist with product comparisons
• Cross-sell products and gather customer feedback
• Stay informed about new products/services

• Customer-focused with adaptability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Lift 50-70 lbs

• Valid driver’s license
