Full Job Description

Salary: $18 - $20 DOE per hour

is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our Duncanville, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse tasks. Candidates must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. and be willing to develop their skills and product knowledge, potentially assisting at the sales counter as they grow.

Prior experience in the green industry or landscape is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver a variety of items across different routes
• Follow delivery routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are stocked
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support
• Answer customer inquiries
• Conduct product comparisons and cross-sell
• Relay customer feedback to management
• Stay updated on new products and services

Requirements

• Customer-focused with adaptability to different personalities
• Effective multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
• Capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors (training available)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
• Knowledge of inventory procedures
