Full Job Description

$18 - $20 DOE per hour

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our fast-paced McKinney, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic distribution warehouse environment, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse responsibilities, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. We will also help develop your skills and product knowledge to support sales activities as you grow.

Previous experience in the green industry or landscape is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses using different routes
• Follow routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are stocked
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Answer customer questions
• Conduct price and feature comparisons
• Cross-sell products
• Gather customer feedback for management
• Stay updated on new products/services

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
