Full Job Description

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our fast-paced Duncanville, TX location.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic distribution warehouse, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse duties. You must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. and adapt to various tasks. We will also help expand your skills and product knowledge, including potential sales counter work.

Experience in green industry and landscaping is preferred but not required; training can be provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses and routes
• Follow delivery routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure stock levels are maintained
• Coordinate with team for excellent service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Answer customer questions
• Conduct product comparisons and cross-sell
• Gather customer feedback for the store manager
• Stay informed about new products/services

Requirements
