Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support Warehouse and Production by entering data into Famous Software to ensure accurate product and inventory records. The role operates Sunday-Friday, 3:30pm shift end, with off days including Sunday and one weekday.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, printing tickets and labels, monitoring work orders, updating data, and generating Excel reports, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication in a refrigerated

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of data experience, preferred
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office, Excel)
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review Department documentation for accuracies and omissions.
• Accurately enter Production, Shipping or Receiving data into Famous Software
• Print Pick Tickets, Tags or Labels for Warehouse and Production
• Monitor work orders and update data as needed
• Track and effectively communicate status of delivery drivers
• Scan, electronically file and email information to appropriate recipient
• Generate data reports in Microsoft Excel
• Other duties as assigned
