Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a Data Entry Clerk to support Warehouse and Production by entering data into Famous Software, ensuring accuracy of product and inventory. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to generate Excel reports.

Work hours include early morning to evening shifts with some weekend coverage. The position is full-time and on-site, with benefits such as 401(k) and health/dental insurance as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of data experience, preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office, Excel).
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review Department documentation for accuracies and omissions.
• Accurately enter Production, Shipping or Receiving data into Famous Software.
• Print Pick Tickets, Tags or Labels for Warehouse and Production.
• Monitor work orders and update data as needed.
• Track and effectively communicate status of delivery drivers.
• Scan, electronically file and email information to appropriate recipient.
• Generate data reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
