Job summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Clerical Associate to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will coordinate item transfers from the warehouse to distribution and ensure accurate data entry in the WMS.

Responsibilities include updating the WMS, reconciling discrepancies, processing material requests, and maintaining cycle counts. Prior warehouse experience and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in Inventory Control.
• Warehouse experience and WMS familiarity.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pull and delivery of items per SOE.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) with inventory transfers.
• Reconcile inventory shortages and report discrepancies.
• Handle additional material requests.
• Complete after-job process via WMS and adjust inventory as needed.
• Maintain reports to track turn times.
• Data entry of receiving and transfers in process.
• Maintain and assign cycle counting process.
