Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking a Warehouse Data Analyst to optimize order flow in our Distribution Center operations. You will analyze order volume, backlog, inventory availability, and workload to identify risks and opportunities impacting service and execution.

The role uses SAP and other tools to provide insights to Operations leadership and support workload planning. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain analytical tools and reporting for order flow, workload, backlog, inventory, and fulfillment
• Analyze open order volume and progression to identify trends, aging, constraints, and risks
• Provide reporting to show current workload, order status, and fulfillment priorities to Operations leadership
• Analyze data across customers, materials, order types, shipping methods to identify changes in demand and requirements
• Support daily workload planning and prioritization based on demand, backlog, and capacity
