Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking a Warehouse Data Analyst to support the effective flow of orders through Distribution Center operations in Palmetto, GA. You will analyze order volume, backlog, inventory availability, workload, and constraints to identify risks, trends, and opportunities impacting service and execution.

The role uses SAP and other tools to provide analysis to Operations leadership, supports workload planning, and aids root-cause problem solving. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing and manipulating operational or business data.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain analytical tools and reporting to support decision-making on order flow, workload, backlog, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Analyze open order volume and progression to identify trends, aging, constraints, and risks.
• Create reports for Operations leadership showing workload and fulfillment priorities.
• Analyze data across customers, materials, order types, and shipping methods to identify demand changes.
• Support daily workload planning and prioritization based on demand, backlog, and capacity.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and system issues affecting order movement in DC operations.
• Use analytics to identify root causes and support continuous improvement for order fulfillment.
