Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to manage warehouse data and transactions, ensuring records are accurate and processed quickly.

You will collaborate with Accounting to capture complete information, perform regular inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and generate KPI reports to support inventory control across manufacturing and distribution areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper transaction execution for all transactions.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure the transactions include all necessary information.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, verify against perpetual stock, and adjust as necessary.
• Investigate and resolve any transaction discrepancies.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting on inventory accuracy KPIs as requested by the supervisor.
• Provides day-to-day inventory control support to manufacturing and distribution areas.

Summary:In this role you will be managing the data entry and transactions at our core warehouse. Daily duties will focus on keeping accurate records, recording transactions with speed and accuracy and working with other team members to ensure the efficiency of the area.
