Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Data Analyst to join our Whitsett, NC fulfillment team. The role focuses on analyzing warehouse data, creating reports, dashboards, and scorecards to help leadership understand performance and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation to track KPIs, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations. Strong Excel, data visualization, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse data analysis in a logistics or operations setting.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and clearly communicate findings to leadership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, warehouse/fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Build Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
• Track warehouse KPIs: productivity, backlog, service levels, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, order aging.
• Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts.
• Identify trends and bottlenecks; present findings to leadership.
• Support planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Organize large datasets into clear, actionable information.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Analyst supports fulfillment center operations by analyzing warehouse data and creating reports, dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards. This person will help leadership understand operational performance, identify trends and bottlenecks, and find opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

The role works closely with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Build Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
• Track warehouse KPIs, including:
  • Productivity
  • Backlog
  • Service levels
  • Labor utilization
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Order aging
• Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and reasons operational targets are missed.
• Present findings and recommendations to warehouse leadership.
• Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and completed on time.
• Organize large amounts of operational data and turn it into clear, useful information.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operation.
