Job summary

Sirius Talent is hiring a Warehouse Data Analyst to support fulfillment center operations at their onsite location in Whitsett, NC. You will analyze warehouse data and turn it into clear reporting that helps leadership understand performance, trends and bottlenecks, and drive productivity.

The role requires advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau, plus familiarity with SQL and SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Develop Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
• Track and report KPIs: Productivity, Backlog, Service levels, Labor utilization.
• Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts.
• Identify trends and bottlenecks and explain missed targets.
• Share findings with warehouse leadership.
• Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and timely.
• Organize large volumes of data into actionable information.

What you'll do

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Develop Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
• Track and report key warehouse KPIs, including Productivity, Backlog, Service levels, Labor utilization, Inventory accuracy, and Order aging.
• Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and reasons operational targets are missed.
• Share findings and recommendations with warehouse leadership.
• Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Organize large volumes of operational data and transform them into actionable information.
