Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Control & Planning Analyst in Whitsett, NC. The PCP Analyst helps keep production running smoothly by planning schedules, tracking workflow, and making sure materials and labor are available to meet production goals.

This person works closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to keep orders moving on time and reduce delays. The 2nd shift runs 3:30p–12a with a pay rate of $24.20/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily production schedules based on demand and available materials.
• Monitor production flow and adjust schedules to address delays.
• Track WIP and help reduce bottlenecks.
• Review production data and prepare reports on schedule performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
• Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain production information in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily production schedules based on customer demand and available materials.
• Monitor production flow and adjust schedules when issues or delays happen.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and help reduce bottlenecks or slowdowns.
• Review production data and prepare reports on schedule performance, throughput, and efficiency.
• Work with operations, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to coordinate production activities.
• Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production information in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing support.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JobBOSS, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Knowledge of quality/process improvement tools like PDCA, FMEA, or 8D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and production demands.
