Job summary

You’ll work with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely resolution of inquiries. The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing or logistics with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to Customer Service Agents.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex inquiries and service issues.
• Monitor workload distribution to meet service level expectations.
• Ensure timely, professional responses via phone, email, and in-person.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of complaints and service failures.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, logistics, and sales on orders and schedules.
• Ensure orders are entered, processed, and fulfilled per specifications.
• Assist customers with order placement, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Educate customers on services, features, and value propositions.
• Communicate feedback to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
