Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse Office in Torrance to oversee daily customer service operations, coach agents, and act as a primary escalation point. You will collaborate with warehouse, Branch, and sales teams to ensure accurate order entry, processing, and fulfillment.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and accuracy, with emphasis on training, cross-functional coordination, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to Customer Service Agents to ensure high-quality service.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and service issues.
• Monitor workload distribution and prioritize tasks to meet service levels.
• Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of complaints, discrepancies, and service failures in a timely manner.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
