Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Etna, OH. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to deliver top-tier customer service and manage rental sales processes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in sales and/or customer service required.
• DOT Regulated

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve concerns to customers’ expectations.
• Execute customer communication protocols.
• Handle rental sales via inbound calls and outbound solicitations to generate leads and new customers.
• Maintain inventory levels with Maintenance/Asset Management to meet demand.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning to improve productivity.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
• Manage parts inventory and strive for cost containment.
