Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support inventory control and customer service in a fast-paced branch. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup, assist customers with product information, and process transactions to ensure a positive experience.

You'll maintain accurate inventory records, receive shipments, stock shelves, and develop product knowledge to improve order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management, order processing, and customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and helping them order products.
• Handle customer transactions and provide a positive checkout experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and record stock in the warehouse management system.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and stock shelves or designated areas.
• Develop product knowledge to better serve customers and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions as required.
• Keep the warehouse and service area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to support deliveries and warehouse tasks.
