Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to perform order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting.

The role combines warehouse operations with direct customer interactions, including assisting customers, processing payments, and ensuring accurate records. Full-time position with benefits starting day one and a pay range of $18.00 to $33.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management, order processing, and customer transactions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or in-store pickup.
• Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and helping them order the products they need.
• Retail-Style Service: Handle customer transactions, process payments, and provide an overall positive experience for customers visiting the branch.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts, assist with cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are properly recorded in the warehouse management system.
• Receiving and Stocking: Receive incoming shipments, verify product quantities, and stock shelves or designated warehouse areas efficiently.
