Spartan Surfaces in Buffalo is seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate to join our team. The role blends hands-on warehouse duties with customer-facing support, including local deliveries and answering customer questions at the counter or by phone.

You will handle order pulling, maintain inventory, and assist customers with accurate measurements and quotes, contributing to a smooth, customer-centric operation.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable multitasking between warehouse work and customer support.
• Solid math skills including calculating and converting measurements.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A clean, active driver's license since the role includes driving a company van.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders in the warehouse and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Make local deliveries in a company van.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse organized.
• Back up counter service representatives by assisting customers over the phone and in person.
• Calculate and convert measurements accurately when pulling and quoting material.
• Support the broader Buffalo team wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
