About the Role

Our Buffalo location is looking for a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate to join the team. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse work with customer-facing support, so no two days look exactly the same. You will spend your time pulling orders, keeping our inventory and warehouse space in great shape, making local deliveries in our company van, and stepping in to help customers at the counter and over the phone when the team needs backup.

What You'll Do

Schedule and Overtime

This is a full-time, on-site position working 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
