Spartan Surfaces in Chicopee, MA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and staging flooring materials to ensure orders move on time.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). You will work in a fast-paced team environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse; perform cycle counts as needed.
• Communicate with teammates and drivers to coordinate orders.
