Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in data entry, MS Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls courteously and professionally.
• Investigate customer inquiries and issues via phone, fax, mail, and email.
• Process and enter customer payment information into the system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Management on shipments and claims.
• Track orders and provide inventory reports to management.
