Job summary

The role involves handling customer inquiries, invoicing, loading products into vehicles, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The position requires operating MHE safely, maintaining clean work areas, and processing paperwork such as invoices and CODs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with customers.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and phone etiquette.
• Experience reading invoices and stock descriptions to identify items.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service by following 'Customer First' standards, in person or over the telephone.
• Pull customer orders from warehouse and load into company delivery trucks, branch, customer vehicle, or for pickup.
• Produce and complete accurate paperwork including invoices, CODs, order forms and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure all product leaving the branch is billed and collect payments by cash or credit card following money handling procedures.
• Operate forklift or other material handling equipment safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
