Job summary

Cardinal Rubber & Seal is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Representative in Roanoke, VA. You will manage order entry, quotes, and customer problem solving for account relationships, leveraging extensive knowledge of hoses, fittings, seals, and related parts.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience and strong product knowledge. This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours and comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, plus 401(k) and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and product knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of parts such as hoses, fittings, seals, gaskets, hydraulics and pneumatics, adapters, machined parts, hardware.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry for accounts.
• Prepare quotes for customers.
• Assist with problem solving and customer inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for accounts.

Opening for a self motivated Inside Sales Representative. You duties include, but not limited too, order entry, quoting, problem solving and more for accounts. A vast knowledge of parts is required, such a, but not limited too: Hose, Fittings, Seals, Gaskets, Hydraulics and Pneumatic, Adapters, Machined parts, Hardware, and much more.Prior sales experience and product knowledge is required.

Computer skill needed: Microsoft Word and Excel, Data Entry and general computer knowledge.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 -4:30. No overtime required. Benefits include: Health, Dental and Life Insurance. Vacation, All Benefits are 100% employer paid! No cost to the employee for themselves!

Must have Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and pass drug/background check.
