Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in San Diego for a hands‑on role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You will receive, inspect, and organize materials; pull/stage orders; load/unload trucks; and assist with deliveries and inventory.

A forklift may be involved; safety and efficiency are emphasized throughout. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work on their feet in a fast‑paced environment, with a willingness to learn our warehouse

Qualifications

• Hands‑on warehouse experience preferred, with focus on accuracy and organization.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials.
• Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access.
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
• Verify products and quantities against orders before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals.

What you'll actually be doing:

This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials
• Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Verify products and quantities against orders before loading
• Handle materials carefully to minimize damage
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area
• Assist Account Managers and showroom staff with customer orders and product needs
• Help with general warehouse and facility duties as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals

Ideal background:

• Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, building materials, or delivery experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials
• Basic ability to read orders, measurements, product names, and quantities
• Ability to do basic math
• Reliable transportation to and from work
