Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Bothell to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory. This hands-on role requires quick thinking, organization, and teamwork to ensure accuracy and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle incoming materials, prepare customer orders, load and unload trucks, and assist with jobsite deliveries. Forklift experience is preferred but training may be provided. Competitive benefits and a supportive team await.

What you’ll actually be doing:

This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials
• Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Verify products and quantities against orders before loading
• Handle materials carefully to minimize damage
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area
• Assist Account Managers and showroom staff with customer orders and product needs
• Help with general warehouse and facility duties as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals

Ideal background:

• Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, building materials, or delivery experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials
• Basic ability to read orders, measurements, product names, and quantities
• Ability to do basic math
• Reliable transportation to and from work
