Location: ProSource of Northwest Arkansas
Pay: $18/Hr + Benefits

What you'll actually be doing: This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials
- Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Verify products and quantities against orders before loading
- Handle materials carefully to minimize damage
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area
- Assist Account Managers and showroom staff with customer orders and product needs
- Help with general warehouse and facility duties as needed
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals

Ideal background:
- Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, building materials, or delivery experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials
- Basic ability to read orders, measurements, product names, and quantities
- Ability to do basic math
- Reliable transportation to and from work
