Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee loading/unloading operations, coordinate yard movements, and manage accurate shipping/receiving records. The role requires following GMPs, PPE protocols, and ensuring on-time shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehouse shipping/receiving and proficiency with SAP. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree preferred.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse shipping/receiving experience; food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with SAP: Receiving, Dock Scheduling, PGI and related functions.

Mansioni

• Oversee loading/unloading of products to/from carrier trailers.
• Coordinate yard movements and external transfers.
• Maintain shipping/receiving schedule and enter data into the system.
• Prepare Bill of Lading and related paperwork.
• Reconcile invoices to purchase orders in SAP Open Text.
• Ensure accuracy of pallet counts and loads for shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
