Job summary

RefrescoBevarages US Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods.

The role requires coordinating shipments, engaging providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with multiple departments. The successful candidate will leverage SAP S4Hanna and TMS, maintain schedules, track shipments, and negotiate rates to meet freight budgets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, logistics or business.
• 2 years of logistics coordination/transportation management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods across multiple locations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to manage shipping schedules.
• Monitor and track shipments and provide updates on delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines for transportation and handling.
• Negotiate charges with carriers to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Plant operations.
• Plan and tender inbound/outbound loads via the TMS for assigned plants and warehouses.
• Review reports to identify opportunities for cost, service and efficiency improvements.
