Job summary

Carma Laboratories seeks a Warehouse Coordinator for its Franklin, WI facility to ensure material flow through the DC, accurate picking, put-away, and shipping to internal and external customers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1 year of applicable experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with OTC/FDA/cGMP environment is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute material picking and shipping between Carma locations
• Prioritize work assignments and delegate to teammates to ensure success
• Execute put-away of inbound raw materials once quality released
• Put-away of production released finished goods and returned raw materials
• Assist with picking, auditing, and shipping of domestic and international orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions as required
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all 5S, quality, and safety regulations
• Proficient in forklift operation (all types)
• Participate in reporting of departmental metrics
• Other duties/projects as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Lead

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring materials flow through the DC warehouse to internal and external customers. This role is critical for ensuring warehouse operations are completed on-time, in-full, and accurately from a physical and systematic standpoint. Functional responsibilities listed below are not all inclusive as changes or additional responsibilities may be added as situations exist.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Functional Responsibilities

• Execute material picking and shipping between Carma locations
• Prioritize work assignments as well as delegate to fellow associates to ensure success
• Execute put-away of inbound raw materials once quality released
• Execute put-away of production released finished goods and returned raw materials
• Assist with picking/auditing/shipping of outbound domestic and international customer orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions (as required)
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all 5S, quality, 5S, and safety regulations.
