Job summary

Carma Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure materials flow through the DC warehouse to internal and external customers. You will optimize on-time, in-full, and accurate operations from both physical and systems perspectives.

Responsibilities include picking/shipping between Carma locations, put-away of inbound and finished goods, and assisting with domestic and international orders while complying with 5S and safety standards. Forklift operation proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute material picking and shipping between Carma locations.

• Put-away finished goods and returned raw materials after production.
• Assist with picking, auditing, and shipping of outbound orders (domestic and international).
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions as required.
• Adhere to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, quality, safety regulations; operate forklifts safely.
• Report departmental metrics and participate in projects as assigned.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring materials flow through the DC warehouse to internal and external customers. This role is critical for ensuring warehouse operations are completed on-time, in-full, and accurately from a physical and systematic standpoint. Functional responsibilities listed below are not all inclusive as changes or additional responsibilities may be added as situations exist.

Warehouse Supervisor

Functional Responsibilities

• Execute material picking and shipping between Carma locations
• Prioritize work assignments as well as delegate to fellow associates to ensure success
• Execute put-away of inbound raw materials once quality released
• Execute put-away of production released finished goods and returned raw materials
• Assist with picking/auditing/shipping of outbound domestic and international customer orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions (as required)
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all 5S, quality, 5S, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in forklift operation (all types)
• Participate in the reporting of departmental metrics.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Lead.

Required Experience, Desired Skills & Qualifications
