Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily warehouse operations in the PDC. You will work closely with the 3PL provider to improve inventory accuracy, process compliance, and issue resolution, while spending significant time on the warehouse floor to validate inventory and investigate discrepancies.

You will perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate cross‑functional actions across Procurement, Planning, Operations, and suppliers, and help maintain efficient inbound,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause investigations for inbound, inventory, outbound, shipping, and quality issues.
• Perform warehouse audits to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, errors, shortages, and process failures.
• Manage PO discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Monitor quality notifications with 3PL partner and support resolution.
• Oversee hold inventory and inventory disposition activities.
• Coordinate replenishment and packaging inventories and usage.
