Star Blends LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory flow in our mill warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and shipping while supporting production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, accountable, customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and at heights.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming ingredients, meds, bags, totes, and other warehouse materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Manage inventory using FIFO and expiration date controls.
• Pick, stage, load customer orders, and transfer shipments accurately.
• Coordinate warehouse restocking to support production and customer demand.
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation and maintain lot-code traceability.
• Work with Purchasing, Production, Transportation, Customer Service, and Quality teams.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Follow all safety, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and quality requirements.
