As a unique and growing family-owned flooring retailer, CSM Flooring is looking for a talented warehouse associate to join our team at our Wilmington, NC location.

This essential role supports the company’s logistics. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with prior experience in inventory management. Responsibilities include receiving and processing stock, managing warehouse inventory, and forecasting supply needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in flooring or logistics (preferred)
• Proficiency with electronic inventory management software
• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Initiative, eagerness to learn and grow
• Spanish language skills (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse logistics, including receiving and inventory management
• Assist with loading and deliveries
• Maintain warehouse organization and upkeep
• Count stock and maintain inventory records

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $35,000 - $40,000 annually, based on experience, with advancement opportunities.
