Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator. This position will be a full-time and onsite contract opportunity.
Candidates must be local to Plymouth, Minnesota. This is the late shift 2:00PM-12:30AM Mon-Thurs, Plus OT for Friday and Saturday.
What You’ll Do
Assess material needs and develops forecasts for assigned production area at the beginning of the shift and orders materials to support the production schedule
Transport materials, including raw materials, components, packaging materials, finished goods and/or scrap, to/from production floor
Complete required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials such as intercompany bills- of-lading
Prepare outgoing materials using a variety of methods including, scanning, labeling, wrapping
Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack
Post weights and shipping charges
What You'll Need
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Acquires basic job skills and learns company policies and procedures
Physical Demands
Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift or pallet jack
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
