The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory control. Under general supervision, this role is responsible for pulling and verifying finished manufactured products based on material documentation, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse organization.
Accurately fill orders for finished manufactured products based on itemized material documents.
Pull items from the Warehouse and Stockroom, verifying model, part number, and serial number information against order documentation.
Prepare necessary documents and mailing labels for material being shipped.
Maintain detailed inventory records for all materials pulled; ensure inventory is updated and reconciled accurately.
Conduct cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits to support accuracy and compliance.
Place verified items in the designated staging area for shipping or further processing.
Notify supervision immediately of any discrepancies identified during item verification or documentation checks.
Support general warehouse activities including restocking, organizing shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or inventory training is a plus.
1–2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping/receiving procedures.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
This role operates in a warehouse environment and requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
Occasional overtime may be required during peak production or shipping periods.
