Job summary

Critical Peake seeks a dependable Warehouse professional to support daily warehouse and fleet operations. You will ensure materials, tools, and vehicles are properly managed, labeled, and maintained to support field teams and ongoing projects.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will coordinate deliveries, manage vehicle inspections, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and label materials with the correct job numbers.
  • Notify the Project Manager of deliveries and quantities received.
  • Handle material logistics and ensure proper documentation.
  • Drop off and pick up materials to support field operations.
  • Return unused project materials to the warehouse and document it.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and manage fleet maintenance.
  • Verify vehicle tags, registrations, GPS units, and towing/insurance information.
  • Maintain adequate truck stock in vehicles.
  • Ensure tools are checked in and returned to the tool cage.
  • Obtain approval before purchasing any tools.
  • Record vehicle sign-outs in the vehicle logbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Purpose

The Warehouse professional plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse and fleet operations at Critical Peake. This position ensures materials, tools, and vehicles are properly managed, organized, and maintained to support field teams and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping operations running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Check In and Label Materials
  • Verify that all materials are accurately labeled with the correct job number.
  • Notify the appropriate Project Manager (PM) of all deliveries and quantities received.
  • Material Handling and Logistics
  • Drop off and pick up materials as needed to support field operations.
  • Return unused project materials to the warehouse and ensure proper documentation.
  • Vehicle Inspections and Fleet Management
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness.
  • Inspect for and report any damage or maintenance issues.
  • Manage fleet service schedules, including oil changes, recall notices, tires, and other routine maintenance.
  • Verify that all company vehicles have current tags and registration.
  • Ensure GPS units are functioning properly on all company vehicles.
  • Confirm that each vehicle contains up-to-date towing and insurance information.
  • Maintain adequate truck stock in each vehicle.
  • Tool and Equipment Management
  • Ensure all tools are checked in and returned to the tool cage after use.
  • Obtain approval from Critical Peake leadership prior to purchasing any tools.
  • Fleet Recordkeeping
  • Ensure that all vehicle sign-outs are properly recorded in the vehicle logbook.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications / Licenses & Work Experience
  • Required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean diving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials.

  • Prior warehouse, construction, or fleet management experience.
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or inventory management systems.
