DOELOCATION: Milwaukie, ORSCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLEVariety in your day: Take on a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory, inspection, kit pulling, and production-related tasks.Important operational role: Your work helps ensure the right materials are available when production and engineering teams need them.Hands-on skill building: Use inventory systems, hand tools, inspection equipment, and practical problem-solving every day.Strong team connection: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Engineering, Production, Planning, and Customer Service teams.WHAT YOU’LL DOManage daily shipping and receiving activities, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment.Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s computer database or ERP system.Complete cycle counts, assist with physical inventory, and investigate inventory discrepancies as needed.Pull, kit, and stage materials for production work orders to keep the production floor supplied and on schedule.Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality; microscope inspection may be required for certain components.Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe while following established procedures.Use basic hand and power tools and assist with additional production work as business needs require.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Customer Service, and warehouse leadership to resolve material needs and keep work moving.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORHigh school diploma or equivalent.Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, materials handling, or manufacturing experience.Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and practical problem-solving skills.Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.Comfortable using computer systems to maintain records, inventory transactions, and shipping information.Mechanical aptitude and basic experience using hand tools; power-tool and materials-inspection experience is a plus.Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role requires standing and walking throughout an eight-hour shift in a warehouse environment.
