Job summary

NW Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Packaging Associate in the Sherwood area to prepare finished products for shipment, palletize materials, create packing slips, and update the ERP system. The role is full-time, temporary-to-hire, with Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., and salary $19.00–$22.00 per hour DOE. You will work with ERP and shipping platforms, coordinate with production and warehouse teams, review documents for order accuracy, and maintain an organized shipping area

Qualifications

• At least one year of shipping, packaging, warehouse, material-handling, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using an ERP system, inventory software, or shipping platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions, job travelers, and packing requirements.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products and prepare shipments for carriers.
• Create packing slips and update shipment information in the ERP system.
• Palletize materials and ensure shipments are properly labeled and secured.
• Review job routers, travelers, and shipping documentation for order accuracy before shipping.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to keep orders moving on schedule.
