Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving, inventory, materials handling, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and practical problem-solving.
• Able to read and follow written instructions in English.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence is required.
• Physical ability to stand and walk all day and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s computer database or ERP system.
• Complete cycle counts, assist with physical inventory, and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Pull, kit, and stage materials for production work orders to keep the production floor supplied and on schedule.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality; microscope inspection may be required for certain components.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe while following established procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Customer Service, and warehouse leadership to resolve material needs and keep work moving.
