The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer, ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.

About You:

  • Oversee and guide day-to-day activities to ensure the team delivers high levels of process adherence, meeting quality and delivery targets, especially daily KPIs.
  • Train team members on customer quality requirements.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure product quality specifications are met.
  • Perform daily and weekly 6s inspections of the department.
  • Use Microsoft Teams and Outlook for daily communication with internal and external customers.
  • Complete reports aligned with KPIs.
  • Attend operational meetings and liaise with other departments to review performance and progress.
  • Ensure process adherence to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in improvement activities at the department and company level.
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies, and procedures, including Health and Safety, Data Protection, and those in the Employee Handbook and Policies Manual.
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate to the role.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, reports, instructions, and manuals; communicate effectively in business correspondence and in small group situations.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with various units of measure.

Reasoning Ability:

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.

Business Judgment:

Adhere to company policies and use sound judgment in routine business situations.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate tools and machinery such as forklifts and scales.
