Job Description

Midwestern Electric is seeking an experienced individual in electrical materials, tools, and equipment to support our daily operations.

Electrical Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and others involved in delivery and receipt processes.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ready workspace.
  • Promptly load/unload trucks and deliveries, and sort and stock receivables.
  • Keep an accurate log of daily movements, scan inventory, and perform counts accurately.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers positively.
  • Operate a forklift as needed.
  • Assist with warehouse logistics, inventory management, and shipping/receiving tasks.

Potential involvement in managing electrical materials, coordinating with electricians, and traveling to job sites may be required.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience with scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in receiving, stocking, stacking, pulling, packing, and loading.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to compose and send professional emails.
  • Competency in using computers and inventory software.
  • Excellent time management and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of electrical materials, products, equipment, and tools.
  • Experience in the construction field is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • CDL-A license is a plus but not required.
